-Ensuring all IT systems, infrastructures, server, networks and securities are running to an efficient level.

-Delegating work to and supervising the activities of junior IT staff. -Recommending and implementing technological improvements and efficiencies.

Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.

Building, configuration and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware.

Alpha Misr by oracle ERP system.

Chandeliars production program by oracle.

Maintaining maximum availability of supported services for users.

Negotiating IT service contracts with partners and suppliers.

Responsible for disaster recovery.

Responsible for networking, installation and maintenance services.
Maintain the company’s network infrastructure.

Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.

Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, Servers, Switches and telephony.

-Able to develop, coordinate, delegate and plan work activities.
