I was responsible for motor underwriting department with a team of 10 persons, basic responsibilities were the issuance of motor quotations, policies / endorsements according to the actuarial guidelines, negotiating with brokers and client regarding their policy terms and conditions. Assisting claims department during the policy period to monitor loss experience of major clients. Also worked in fire & property department, miscellaneous insurance department - money policies. Preparation of renewal terms based on profit and loss experience of all clients.

I was responsible for the whole motor underwriting department which includes issuance of motor policies and endorsement according to motor underwriting and actuarial guidelines, preparation of new and renewal quotations based on profit & loss experience of new and existing clients, monitoring claim experience of existing clients, attending management meetings, meeting clients and brokers to fulfill their requirements.
