Manage the entire leasing process of Restaurants, Food & Beverage kiosks and trolleys.

Assist in the leasing process of Country Pavilions, Retail Shops and other Open Spaces.

Create Request For Proposal documents for all leasing categories (pavilions, restaurants, retail shops, kiosks, etc.)

Conduct orientation and awareness sessions to address investors’ enquiries and concerns.

Conduct evaluations and shortlisting of received proposals for all leasing categories and provide recommendation to senior management for final selection.

Create evaluation criteria for use in evaluating proposals received for all leasing categories.

Conduct seasonal performance evaluations of Country Pavilions, Restaurants, Kiosks to assess performance and develop strategy and revenue forecasting for upcoming seasons.

Manage the receipt and closure of Guest Complaints relevant to the Leasing Department.

Achieve and exceed the assigned annual revenue targets of all leasing categories.

Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and lack of audit points.

Ensure that all leasbale and budgeted areas are leased out on seasonal basis.

Address client inquiries through investor@globalvillage.ae.

Site coordination with investors, exhibitors and partners.

Conduct performance and monitoring inspections and report to senior management.

Report site construction progress and other findings to site engineers and project engineers.

Compare drawing plans & specifications to actual completed work on site.

Assist in supervision of site construction works.
