member of the sales team, set individual target sales & administer the commission plan.

possess sufficient sales and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s

Analyze production errors and making reports to the Owner to understand the situation
inside production
Handling rush orders, satisfy upset customers and fulfill their needs.
Contract Analysis and a negotiator about the Terms and conditions.

Attend meetings with customers, survey and evaluate sales agents and fulfill their needs.
Manage the sales representatives and train them.

Plans, direct & coordinates all quality Assurance functions for the production of the printing including :

1 - Prepress
2 - printing
3 - binding
4 - finishing
5 - Packaging

Responsible for collection & inspection of product & feedback of concerns to department supervisors.
Monitor production of customer samples for defects & verification of counts.
Create job files & initiate Quality Audit Forms.
Hourly rounds to presses, stitchers & binders.
Check product for defects according to company quality standards ( Sample approved ) in Quality Audit forms
Review defects with production manager for acknowledgement.
Monitor quality of customer samples at time of production of samples.

- Connect all the departments and be informed of each stage of jobs and work orders.

- Manage the graphic design team & distribute the work orders to them according to time plan and speciality.
- Identify each graphic designer's skills, train him and improve other skills.
- Handling rush orders, satisfy upset customers and fulfill their needs.
- Meet the customers & create briefing for each job.
- Divide the jobs to graphic designers according to their skills and create a competition environment & motivate them to get the best out of them.
- Make sure that all the work orders are in the estimated time plan and delivered in time.
- Create solutions for the department issues & make reports to the general management to approve the solutions and discuss it.
- Handling the procedures of publishing Saudi Aramco newspaper AlQafilah weekly, reporting the issues of delaying of content from Saudi Aramco & handling the terms and conditions of the prepress & printing delivery time.
- Reporting Number of hours for new creation designs & quality of file if it's the customers file to Sales Management to help him for estimating the design costs.

-Full responsibility for solving operations and productions errors with high efficiency.
-Reviewing colors and adjust monitoring system for color corrections.
-Applying Material requirement planning systems for production planing, scheduling & inventory control to ensure that materials are available for production, products are available for delivery to customers, the lowest possible material and product levels in store & plan manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities
-Manage operators and workers and lead them to get out the best of them.
-Making efficient system for equipment and operators to create optimum cost with highest quality to meet customer requirement and satisfaction
-Manage budget and identify advertising opportunities.
-Organizing inventory with purchasing department to be optimum and sufficient for product needed.
-Produced creative marketing materials like leaflets, posters, brochures, 4 panel brochures and many creative popup printings.
