General Manager
Reports to president
Supervise following divisions:
1-SALES
-put sales plans according to market needs
-determine sales target for sales team
-assign sales representatives in targeted areas,
-Prepare Sales analysis report, sorted by representative target, by area, by debit time, by customer, by product.
-Incentive plan for sales personnel
-Supervise collections from customers and its ratio to sales value
And debit time.
-Supervise and coordinate with transportation dept.
2-R&D-Quality control
-Supervise quality control, lab equipment performance
-Enhance R&D for new products, new formulas, and new product applications
-Source out chemicals needed for products in process
-Dry mix products (calcium sulfate based)
3-PRODUCTION
-follow up production line, put production plan, according to sales plan.
Monitor production department, and solve production problems
4-ENGINEERING
-control and supervise engineering department, incudes maintenance, parts storage, purchase plan.
-monitoring of machinery performance, through high technical condition monitoring, vibration, balance and alignment through outsourced service providers.
5-HR
Supervise HR department
Hiring and firing strategy
Human resources development, training, functionality, job description .

Optimum benefit from existing personnel
6-PROCURMENT
-supervise procurement from local and abroad markets for spare parts needed for production line
-storage in/out operation, inventory, wealth value in parts storage
-raw material from mines, check and approve through in-house lab tests, evaluate max benefit from different material suppliers
-Get best deals from suppliers of raw materials, such as stones, bags
7-ENVIRONMENT
-Supervise environment dept., supervise filters performance, health and safety for labor and machinery performance
-keep healthy relationship with government authorities.

• Initiate business in Dubai,
• Survey market and potential customers for foam cutting machines and hard coatings applications (famous "Futura" brand-USA)
• Contact customers in MENA area (Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait) from Dubai hub.
