1. Performs Receiving Inspection.
o Receives equipment/tools sent by customers to be repaired; and compares amount and description of tools with the cargo manifest.
o Prepares and maintains records of inspection; or in case of discrepancy, records number of defective items and informs the supervisor.
2. Performs Tools/Equipment Inspection.
o Uses measurement equipment to inspect all manufactured and repaired equipment to ensure conformance with recognized standards (i.e., The American Petroleum Institute (API)), mechanical drawings and manufacturing technical specifications.
o Records inspection, examination, and testing data.
o Initiates non-conforming product/equipment reports upon detection of any non-conforming products or initiates a routing sheet certifying the repair/manufacture is successfully completed.
o On as needed basis, may go to customers’ facilities (yard) to perform equipment inspection.
3. Performs Inspection of Purchased Raw Materials.
o Examines and inspects purchased raw materials to ensure compliance with Weatherford’ requirements, pertinent purchase order & suppliers’ material test certificate.
o Prepares receiving reports and files them.
4. Performs Tool Calibration and Control System.
o Tests and calibrates measurements of tools/instruments and compares their accuracy to Weatherford-established standards and instrument’s manuals to ensure they are measuring correctly. Calibrating the equipment is performed on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, based on the type of the instrument.
o Tests and Calibrates measurement tools in El-Salam Base every four month.
5. Produces technical sketches and drawings to be used by the machine technicians for all machine shop work, based on customers’ requirements.
6. Provides leadership and training to any lower-level QC Inspectors on the use of equipment and procedures to be followed.
7. Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.
o Responsible for creating and updating documents in the internal know error database to ensure proper knowledge transfer across team members.
o Responsible for documenting all actions taken or needed in incidents and service requests.
o Handling the team’s generic mailbox to answer general users’ enquiries as well as responding to speedups and escalations.
o Swift and proper communication is sent in case of critical incidents to ensure all involved and affected parties are informed.
o Ensure that all documentation (remedy work info, communication…etc) is clear and descriptive as much as possible.
o Ensure that all the SLAs are met as well as maintaining the first point with best practice.
o Provide on call support after office business hours for critical incidents to ensure best business continuity
o Providing at least one knowledge article per month to instruct how an issue can be solved
o Follow up with customer regarding pending, resolved and critical issues
o Generating daily reports for all incidents and change request
o Sending follow up e-mails to the customer for ticket that are pending on certain requirement for them.
Responsible for sales of Automotive, Legal, Software, Hardware, e-Learning, telecom and Medical translations.
Travling to meet clients( inside nad outside the country ) and explain and offer our services
o Handling customer inquiries primarily via telephone but also using Web and Email services

I am an electronic and communication engineer.I graduated from Arab Academy for Science and Technology with GPA 3.5 with degree of honor and the awards i received were in sports as i am a handball player in Gezira Sporting Club.I trained in Mobinil in 2007 while in collage in the Health and Environment Department.
