• Visual inspection fit up inspection, and welds inspection as per the applicable STD.
• Control of Welding activities such as before fit up, during fit up, during welding and afterwelding
as per relevant WPS and specifications.
• Welders qualification test as per applicable Welding Procedures Specifications.
• Preparing the Inspection Packages Such as, Hydro-Test, NDT, WPS, etc...
• Attending third party inspection at vendor place.
• Knowledge about SAIC, SATIP, Aramco SDT related to the welding and mechanical works.
• Over all supervision of Calibration of Testing & Measuring Equipment & tools for
Mechanical/Civil/Electrical & instrumentation.
• Material inspections and verifications with MTC certificates and project specifications suchlike
pipes, flanges, etc.
• Checking the material is in accordance with drawing.
• To ensure all the works to be done as per applicable Saudi Aramco standard, Client
specifications.
• Co-ordinate with client to carry out inspections as per client / Saudi Aramco Standards.
• Quality control documentation as per Quality inspection Procedure.
• Preparation of welding inspection summary.
• Monitoring the welding productivity on weekly basis and welders status.

monitoring.
• Check and review test package documents (history sheets / trace abilities, etc.) That
data contained herein are accurate and complete prior to any testing.
• Co-ordinate with clients inspector for inspection, testing and acceptance of
completed work.
• Inspection and testing of delivered materials and equipment for physical damagesand
compliance to material specification.
• Took part in Pre-Inspection Meeting with client regarding to discuss MR dossier, IAP, and ITP.
• Inspected mechanical multidiscipline activities such as Welding, material inspection, NDT,
Hydrostatic tests, Coating, Destructive tests, P.M.I, visual, heat treatment and dimensional
as per Saudi Aramco and International codes/standards.
