Responsibilities:
• Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners.
• Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
• Assist ERP systems users with data conversion.
• Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
• Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
• Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
• Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its partners.
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
• Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the Agency and its partners to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
• Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users.
• Managing projects and assuring the quality and functionality standards.
• Planning SEO and assuring its implementation and planning for improvements on reports.
• Managing all hardware/software related issues of the company.
• Software trainings and standards maintenance.
• Planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of IT projects.
• Planning work, Attaining team objectives, Allocating resources, Defining tasks, Controlling and monitoring quality, Scrutinizing progress, Checking overall performance
• Broad experience in technology assessment and deployment, budget preparation
and administration, contract negotiation, recruiting and retention, business
planning and implementation, project management, and cost accounting.
• Ability to demonstrate and understand client’s requirement, translating them into
appropriate business processes and guide Development team for realization.
• Thoroughly familiar with state-of-the-art Internet services, CASE tools (such as
Promotes, Power Designer and Visio), client /server applications.
• Related skills in strategic planning, application support/development, project
management, software quality assurance and cost containment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with mangers at all levels and successfully
incorporates information technology to accomplish business processes and
