Manage Building Program Manager within Municipal Roads and Infrastructure Sector
Organizing and chairing Abu Dhabi Municipality Departments Buildings related issues.
Liaising: very closely with Musanada (Government projects managing company), and Abu
Dhabi Municipality internal Departments to ensure that all projects on track and all
requirements are in right order.
Implementing: project procedures/plan and following documents; project management
procedures and plan, quality assurance plan, health and safety plan and preparation of all
Operations guides to a successful project
Moderating / Dealing / Monitoring: tender process for pre-qualification, consultants and
contractor awarding stage with all authorities in relation with services required.
Musanada and consultants' performances and assuring all required information's
Availability to be on Time and according to an agreed cycle of processing
Validating: all consultant's /contractors payments and recommending for certification by
the cost consultants for payments.
Issuing: to Musanada Monthly& weekly project report with full progress analysis, and cash
Flow updates to maintain an updated awareness of all issues.
Judging: all consultant's /contractors VOs and identifying all aspects are backed with
documentation and issuing payment.
Overall main duty is assuring project is running on time with expected high quality according
to all specification and best cost to benefit client.
PROJECT MANAGER- MUSANADA (ADGS).
Organizing and chairing weekly progress/coordination, and Client meetings and sharing in
debriefing meetings for contractor’s feedback.
Liaising: very closely with various consultants to ensure that progress on track and all
requirements are in right order.

procedures and plan, quality assurance plan, health and safety plan and preparation of all
Operations guides to a successful project.
Monitoring: consultants' performances and assuring all required information's Availability
to be on Time and according to an agreed cycle of processing.
Validating: all consultants/contractors’ payments and recommending for certification by the
cost consultants for payments.
Issuing: to Musanada Monthly& weekly project report with full progress analysis, and cash
Flow updates to maintain an updated awareness of all issues.

Overall main duty is assuring:

cost to benefit client. Leading Value Management (value Engineering) workshops in present
of all project stakeholders.
New Dwain Building of H.H Ruler's representative in Eastern, U.A.E
Approving and Reviewing Shop drawings, reports, and Materials in accordance to contract
documents. Coordinating: with other Engineers for MEP Installation work. Preparing: 2&3D
Architectural Spot Details for solving technical issues. Inspecting: Materials delivered to site
for Finishes. And Mock-ups assisting in review of Submittal for pre-qualifications of
Subcontractors. Issuing: Remedial Notes & Safety Reports. Answering R.F.I’s, Attending:
Progress Meetings. Monitoring progress on Site.in Daily basis. Witness: Material Test, and
Approval of as Built Documents Reviewing and Validating any alternatives submitted
materials by
Design: a lot of projects, as well as mange consultants during design stages.
Schools (Al Fatah & Al Yamamah & Alnoor - Baniyas) and others in Northern Emirates region,
Examinations and Educational Assessment Center (20 million)
Monitoring: the design process from conceptual phase through construction.
