* Screen calls, maintain calendar & prioritize appointments and reschedules where necessary.
* Welcomes visitors by greeting them (in person / on phone) answering or referring inquiries.
* Domestic & international travel arrangements including flight, hotel and car rental reservations.
* Organize meetings, minutes & follow up on the implementation of the decisions taken.
* Design, produce & prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, price offers & tenders.
* Managing communication effectively with various departments and manager.
* Develop & maintain filing system & Data backup for future reference.
* Supervising the office system & work of administrative staff.
* Maintain order office supplies in good standing.
* Preparation & follow-up correspondence, Reports
* Domestic & international travel arrangements including flight, hotel and car rental reservations.

* Participate in the work plans, Training programs of various kinds & Forms.
* Follow-up tables lecture trainees & Lecturers throughout the day.
* Participate in E-marketing training programs.
* Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
