• Handling of critical Non Conformation Reports (NCR)
• Make sure to imply changes as per the method statement or the approved method inspect the rectified comments by the consultant and to close the NCR.

• To ensure quality works are maintained as per the structural specifications and are approved by ACI codes.
• Coordination with MEP Engineers, and solving issues between Civil and MEP activities to avoid delay in project

• Make sure to imply changes as per the method statement or the approved method inspect the rectified comments by the consultant and to close the NCR.
• Inspection of approved materials used on site

• Responsibilities comprise of all structural works, such as Raft Foundation, Core walls, Retaining Walls, Ramp slab, Columns and Suspended Slabs.
• Responsibilities included execution of structural work for Raft Foundation Core walls, Retaining walls and Slanted Columns.
• Coordination with contractor Engineers, Daily submittals of look ahead schedules, Inspection requests and Concrete pouring Inspection requests, Closely monitoring the progress of work according to the approved construction schedule; Managing project resources, manpower, material & equipment, Estimating the lag of the project & resources required if any and revising, Execute the field works ( Structural ) as per schedule,
• Responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities of steel and concrete
• Responsible for supervising bar bending schedules prior work, execution of rebar on site and formwork for all structural works.
• All reinforcement work executed as per Approved shop drawings
• Responsible for Formwork of Columns, Retaining wall
• Formwork installed according to the SBG surveyor marked coordinates, rechecking taken into consideration for the dimensions with grids
• Co ordination with MEP Engineers, and solving issues on site
• Consulting with Construction managers regarding further progress of site work; scheduling activities as per planned and practicing on site
• Request for inspection were submitted to consultant engineer in advance (24 hrs) clearly mentioning the scope of concreting including the time, date, grade and quantity of concrete.
• Make sure all form works executed with coordinates and approved by Dar Al Riyadh Surveyor
• Maintaining good rapport with Consultants, discussing problems and rectifying them.
• Maintaining cleanliness on site, good measures taken for safety on site.
• Enforce the schedule plan, placing material orders like cut and bend steel, shutters, scaffoldings prior 10 days.
• Establishing activity durations and sequence for specific work
• Setting up Milestones to support project schedule
• Interpretation of shop drawings, architectural drawings
• Responsibilities included execution of structure work such as, foundations, grade beams, slab on grade, columns, suspended slabs, retaining walls and core walls.
• Interaction with Construction Managers and Project Managers, analyzing problems and deriving solutions
• Manpower management on site as per availability of work
• Coordinating with supervisors on site and discussing problems and explaining vital details
• Co ordination with MEP Engineers, and solving issues on site
• Daily submitting RFI (Request for Inspection) for next day; Interacting with Consultants and rectifying comments and getting jobs approved for concreting.
• Submitting concrete orders to Main contractor engineers, mix ordered as per structural requirements
• Ensure concrete quality is not compromised, consolidation is proper and finishing is up to the mark
• Maintaining daily progress reports and submittals of weekly report
• Site Construction planning & Coordination with Sub contractor for quality assurance. Preparing bill of quantity, establishing good communication system between members of construction team (i.e.) Client & Contractors for the smooth functioning of the project work
• Check conformity of material quality in accordance to specifications.
• Reading & Interpretation of Structural shop Drawings. (Work includes Raft Foundations, Flat Slabs, formwork and reinforcement).
• Checking & ordering of cut and bend steel from steel yard.
• Inspection of the entire steel works, shuttering and bracings
• Ensure that Quality standards are adhering to, and keep track of progress.
• Monitor the implement of procedures and standards at site.
• High Level Interaction with contractor, consultant & Architects Client correspondence; Generating Weekly Progress Reports, technical submittals and other site documentation
• Review correspondence to assure compliance with contractors.
• Review and Project specifications, Procedures, Method statements and Material approval request.
• Site inspection done by consultant prior pouring concrete
• Coordination with consultant for approval, reporting and regular follow-up for technical site activities
• Monitor and witness the concrete pouring work including air content test, slump test and temperature of concrete and ensure that enough number of vibrators used for concreting.
