Receives all purchase orders and organizes physical files ensures the distribution to indicated parties
Enter the relevant information in the purchasing system
Check and locate the new arrival of materials and supplies, spare parts and equipment
Maintains and updates all necessary expediting documentation and reports
Proper tagging and staging of materials
Co-ordinate with commercial and purchasing division and conduct regular meeting to update the material requirements as per their priority
Periodically review the purchase order, request for quotation
Typical job responsibilities and duties included:
Computerized Bookkeeping using Great plains and other software
Auditing and preparing the documents of the sales.
Auditing Sales weights cards and preparing its permits
Preparing the Sales invoices and all its related documents
Recording Customers transactions
Editing the bills of lading
