Position: Sr. Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Leading Maintenance team to implement a new project to use Smart Ball and Sahara system to assess the statues of the new network as part of preventive maintenance.
* Oversee Assigned staff by giving work directions, reviewing activities and ensuring satisfactory performance.
* Planning, providing technical guidance and coordinating all maintenance activities (Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance) of main pipelines, networks (DI & HDPE), pumping stations and RO Plants
* Preparing material specifications and coordinating procurements of DI and HDPE Material.
* Initiating schedule of valves maintenance (GV, BFV, PRV, PSV, FCV .etc.) and ordering all spare parts required.
* Compiling data & prepare daily, weekly, monthly & annual reports.
* Initiating annual budget of Maintenance Section.
* Coordinating recruitments, trainings and development of staff.
* Participating in 'Project Management' of new projects by being a member of the 'Technical Management Team' (TMT) & the 'Project Management Team' (PMT) to Lead all post-contract of water networks (DI & HDPE) and pumping station works, including project personnel supervision, detailed project plan, project progress & performance, Testing & Commissioning.
