- Monitoring operations parameters efficiency regarding cold rolling &
continuous galvanising lines to ensure the plant performing according to
optimum conditions
- Prepare products' and processes' reports by collecting, analysing
and summarizing information and process' trends besides
issuing surveillance reports
- Provide production team with necessary support and help them
with process troubleshooting
Assure the quality of the company's products through planning, analysis and design.
- Provide recommended process development to top management
- Direct technical and administrative workers engaged in quality activities
- Prepare monthly, quarter, and annually reports that involve quality responsibilities
- Visit company's customers to investigate and solve any product claims and follow up with problems that affect the product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reallocate and reclassify any non confirmed products on our production lines daily.
- Evaluate our suppliers with coordination with product development team.
- Review initial inspection, ongoing inspection and final inspection results according to procedures, standards and customer's expectations.
- Develop company documentations such as quality manuals and procedures besides identifying non-conformance for proper preventive and corrective actions.
• Manage the Plant’s Products & Processes Laboratories and Supervise diverse teams of
Lab Specialists
• Organize the workflow to ensure smooth operation of the lab in supporting quality,
products development, and production process requirements, while maintaining proper
inter-lab relations
• Train and Develop Lab Specialists Skills & Knowledge to Perform Testing activities
according to the latest International Testing Methods Standards
• Adherence of Quality Systems such as ISO17025 as per company’s testing standard
requirements, procedures, and work instructions
• Provide technical and metallurgical support to Steel rolling mills and annealing processes
• Review and evaluate the conformance to the acceptance criteria as per material
specification, Code and customer order requirement as described in the QP
• Lead a Project of Implementing the General Requirements of Competences for Testing
Laboratories “ISO 17025“
