•Check Sales Order accurate with Invoices.
•Create and issue all customers invoices.
•Provide the breakdowns of payments which are received by customers as per the request from finance manager.
•Prepare SOAs for the customers and send accordingly to Account Managers/Customers for collection.
•Update the ROI files accordingly to monthly invoices issued to the customers.

•Collect and arrange financial information and enter details into financial management system.
•Track financial progress by creating quarterly and yearly balance sheets.
•Support monthly reporting analysis to achieve validation of internal reports and to reconcile production operations and general ledger.
•Complete daily accounting tasks including tracking funds, preparing deposits, and reconciling accounts.
•Follow up with customers to collect specific financial information and verify details for preparation of annual forms.
