Directing assigned projects with a view to ensuring execution in a professional and timely manner; establishing and maintaining coordination between the engineering staff and technical representatives of the clients; monitoring progress in view of project schedules; satisfying the requirements defined in contracts; preparing progress reports and updating schedules and budgets; arranging technical review meetings and maintaining harmonious business relationships with clients for several design projects.
Project Manager of (Dahiat Sumou project) - The project site is comprised of a single land plot, having an area of 1.6 km 2 being the first portion of Bawabat Makkah development. it contains a rich diversity of building types, ranging from villas, duplexes, town homes, small apartments and mixed-use buildings. a diverse, lively and pedestrian- friendly community, featuring a balance of residential, retail, office and civic buildings, framed within a generous network of parks and public civic spaces.
Responsible of Directing & managing the project activities (Design & construction) with the project management team.
Al-Khobar Lakes is an integrated master plan community that spreads over 2, 643 sq. m. It is the first gated community at the Eastern Region that comprises more than 2000 villas in a series of 9 villages, it also features 6 lakes that spread over the villages with exclusive amenities and premium services for each village.
I was an Assistant Project Manager in "projects" department & the Client representative in site.
KING SAUD UNIVERSITY ENDOWMENT - Riyadh, KSA
The project comprises eleven separate buildings and towers that include a state of the art Convention Center, Shopping Mall and a 50-story 7-star luxury hotel. It also includes a Medical Center, a 250-key 5-star hotel, two Hotel Suites buildings and five Office buildings of varying height and size. The total built-up area of the project is approximately 680, 000
I was the Head Architect of the Medical Building supervision team.
