• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, and at the fitting room and tills;
• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor;
• Keep the sales and service areas tidy and well maintained;
• Stay informed about campaigns and sales activities;
• Follow safety, security and administrative routines;
• Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise;
