1- Monitor and control the construction activities including all building finishes, logistics and coordination with other construction activities.

Responsible for Monitoring the contractors progress on site, Attending the progress and technical meetings, update the client with the construction plan and the planned delivery dates, follow up the consultant's actions
As an owner and contractor as well, I was appointed by the owner side (ACICO Real Estate) to inspect all the finishes and design works on site and prepare daily quality reports to assure that all the works has been done as per high standards
Responsible for control and analysis of the submitted drawings “design drawings, working drawings, construction details and presentation documents” from the 3rd party investors for Al Furjan and Jebel ali village projects as per the development control regulations (DCR), coordinating between all 3rd party developers to overcome their problems.
Inspecting all the finishes works done by the contractors (ARABTEC) & (ALSHAFAR) on site to assure that all the work has been done properly as per (NAKHEEL)'s high standards and regulations
Responsible for control and analysis of the “design drawings, working drawings, construction details and presentation documents” for the projects, coordinating between all consultants to overcome and solve the project problems
Responsible for the technical office management, following up processing of current projects "Pricing, Scheduling and Consultant coordination". Responsible also for producing workshop, as-built and presentation documents
Responsible for controlling and analyzing the design drawings, working drawings, construction details, presentation documents, external & internal rendering and interior decorations, using the most updated graphics software (AutoCAD, 3D max. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe premiere, etc..)
