2- Creating budget for the completion of tasks and monitoring the amount of money spent in order to ensure the project does not exceed this amount.
3- Recommending changes to a project that is ongoing if it appears not proceeding on schedule.
4- Developing an alternate course of action for completing a job should the initial plan fail.
5- Making presentations to investors, business partners and company executives concerning different phases of a project.
6- Reviewing proposals, approving or denying them.
7- Contracting with outside agencies for support on a needed basis.
8- Managing available resources, including teams working on the project.
9- Tracking different elements of the project plan and making adjustment where needed to stay on track.

1- Monitor and control the construction activities including all building finishes, logistics and coordination with other construction activities.
2- Review construction programs to ensure proper sequencing and timely completion of construction works.
3- Manage consultant site supervision and technical office activities.
4- Initiate, and or assist with constructability and value engineering reviews to identify actions required to achieve cost saving and expedite construction activities.
5- Be the facilitator for the timely review of technical submittals and shop drawings associated with the building activities.
6- Conducting progress meeting with the contractors and consultants along with reviewing the daily reports.
7- Participate in coordination meetings.
8- Monitoring the procurement process in order to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
9- Working with the consultant, contractor and client to develop, manage and implement punch list, acceptance and turnover procedures
10- Manage and approve the contractor’s payments and variations.
11- Manage/ assist the site superintendent team to ensure their understanding to their role to hand over the required scope within the applicable time, budget and highest quality.

Responsible for Monitoring the contractors progress on site, Attending the progress and technical meetings, update the client with the construction plan and the planned delivery dates, follow up the consultant's actions

As an owner and contractor as well, I was appointed by the owner side (ACICO Real Estate) to inspect all the finishes and design works on site and prepare daily quality reports to assure that all the works has been done as per high standards

Responsible for control and analysis of the submitted drawings “design drawings, working drawings, construction details and presentation documents” from the 3rd party investors for Al Furjan and Jebel ali village projects as per the development control regulations (DCR), coordinating between all 3rd party developers to overcome their problems.

Inspecting all the finishes works done by the contractors (ARABTEC) & (ALSHAFAR) on site to assure that all the work has been done properly as per (NAKHEEL)'s high standards and regulations

Responsible for control and analysis of the “design drawings, working drawings, construction details and presentation documents” for the projects, coordinating between all consultants to overcome and solve the project problems

Responsible for the technical office management, following up processing of current projects "Pricing, Scheduling and Consultant coordination". Responsible also for producing workshop, as-built and presentation documents

Responsible for controlling and analyzing the design drawings, working drawings, construction details, presentation documents, external & internal rendering and interior decorations, using the most updated graphics software (AutoCAD, 3D max. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe premiere, etc..)
