• Handling and building up the sales team, reporting to the director of Business Development.
• Plans and implement export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims of the organization.
• Working with distributors, customers, users and key contacts, to keep abreast of developments and trends in marketplace and among competitors.
• Negotiates contracts with foreign sales and distribution centres to establish outlets.
• Develops new business opportunities in existing and new markets in Arab league countries and Africa.
• Directs clerical staff such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of products.
• Customer relationship development and Identify, and track potential customers and generate new leads.
• Resolving complaints in short periods which lead to increased business and long term relationships.
