Perform administrative duties related to the functions of the department which include reviewing, receiving and dispatching incoming/outgoing mail, drafting letters of routine nature, maintenance of departmental records/expenditure, control of stationary supplies, handling all departmental inquires and taking of messages. Type all correspondence including letters, forms and reports.
Collect and analyze information and prepare reports, charts/other documentation required by head office. Also maintain and update all manuals and reference files in proper order.
Assist in the preparation, checking and finalization of the departmental budget and provide all necessary coordination with the finance department.
Maintain daily time and attendance records. Assist station personnel representatives with duties relating to recruitment, promotion/transfers, termination and general duties of a personnel administrative nature.
Perform all functions of in-flight services administration. Coordinate various public relations activities in order to provide the best standards of service to SAUDIA visitors and guests.
Follow up the basic skills development program and regularity of trainees in all training centres nationwide and to assess the level of regularity and efficiency of working out. Coordinate with training representatives in all governorates and to assess the program performance level.
Supervising all aspects of administrative work in the program and seek to develop it. Contribute to the preparation of the program curriculum, and evaluate on an ongoing basis and work on its development.
Preparing and supervising the website of basic skills development program, in addition to participating in the preparation of the website of training staff of Egypt Post Authority
Follow up basic skills development program all over Egypt. Coordinate between MCIT head office and the administration of training centres. Preparation of certificates and statements of trainees in all governorates and indexed
Instruction “Microsoft Office modules” and other IT courses to students of basic skills development program and evaluate the trainees.
Take samples of raw materials before they enter in the manufacturing process, and conduct the necessary analyses at the Central raw Materials Laboratory. Prepare the quantity Reports of samples to show the extent of compliance with the quality standards.
