➢ To ensure the coordination and the surveillance of the works in line 6 Riyadh Metro &
line 3 phase 3 in Cairo metro and EON line for Cairo monorail project.
➢ Work as one team, communicate clearly, treat each other with trust and respect, resolve
our problems quickly, don’t ignore them, proactive, not reactive, coaching of my team
members as well as delegating tasks to my deputies or other team members, Manage
the day-to-day correspondences of all project members and resolve conflicts and take
decisions quickly, Identify and share monthly team goals and evaluate team progress
with my Direct Manager.
➢ Lead your team in accordance with the E&C Policy, report any compliance issues
immediately Defend and Protect the Project Interests from and E&C perspective
➢ Ensure Mobilization area ready for Installation subcontractors prior to the start of
Installation like facilities, Access towers, Lifeline…. etc. including Managing all Site
Offices, Satellite offices & supplies.
➢ Manage all Access Permits via Permit to Work (PTW office) either SWAP/WAP for Cairo
monorail project, roll out the PTW program across all site teams, Daily & Weekly
announcements of all Permits, Audits the Permit to Work Procedure and ensure
compliance, Work closely with TOO & T&C and close-out all Punchlist activities as per
the Alstom process
➢ Responsible for implementation of skeleton and finishes works for21 KM (viaduct,
tunnel, @ grad), as well as 6 elevated stations, 1 shallow underground station (L6 Riyadh
Metro).
➢ Work with the Visualization Management Consultant to deploy and embrace the Visual
Management process on the project, demonstrate efficiency improvements as a result
of the Visual Management process being rolled out and used by all team at all sites.
➢ Responsible for managing/ tracking, monitoring and controlling 33 KM track works
inculding, leveling cut and fill, tunnels, retaining wall, track foundation with share
connector, track slab, Baseplates on the track slabs with Rubber pad, perform bottomup method in order to complete the track works and install the Rails with Fastenings,
Flash-butt welding and UT test, checked rail, distressing, turn out, 12 elevated station
and one shallow underground transfer station at (L6 Riyadh Metro and L3 Cairo metro),
while for Cairo Monorail project 56 KM wayside and power rail, one depot, 22 elevated
station, 22 Cross over switches. Including all systems (power supply, signaling, Scada,
comms, passenger screen doors …etc.).
➢ Lead and Supervise operations, planning, and coordination teams concerning Cairo
metro project line 3 phase 3 in order to finalize the Signaling, Centralized Control System
and Telecommunication scope.
➢ Develop MST, ITP, project road map and proceed project gate review. Develop
construction management plan, OPC guidance, build organization chart with hiring
strategy.
➢ To ensure the implementation of all necessary safety measures including any
communication with the external stakeholders.
➢ Follow up all works of any subcontractor, ensure the implementation of progress
monitoring of all items concerning the construction activities and compare to planned
durations and productivities.
➢ Coordinate the necessary planning of works with all the different systems.
➢ Achieve the project targets within the budget as well as per required quality
➢ Meet the planning dates and organize handover of works areas between Subsystem on
time as well as achieved 90.25% progress in standard time.
➢ Meet the FTR for Cairo Monorail on time delivery Nov2022 and Presidential Visit on
Dec2022.
➢ Fulfillment of HSE requirements and security during work on site.
➢ Reduce all the interfaces issues by more coordination and communication with
stakeholders.
➢ Submit all required reports and presentations on time delivery with accurate
informations.

My objectives: responsible to ensure the coordination and the surveillance of the works in line 6 with 21 KM viaduct, tunnel, at grad, as well as 6 elevated stations, 1 shallow underground station including all track works such as, leveling cut and fill, tunnels, Retaining wall, track foundation with share connector, track slab, Base plates on the track slabs with Rubber pad, Install the Rails with Fastenings, Flash-butt welding and UT test. Follow up all works of any subcontractor, ensure the implementation of progress monitoring of all items concerning the construction activities and compare to planned duration and productivity, to ensure the implementation of all necessary safety measures as well as coordinate the necessary planning of works with all the different systems including any Communication with the external stakeholders, to organize daily meetings on site with the sub-contractors and CW, Ensure fulfillment of HSE requirements and security during work on site, Summary of work progress updated on a weekly basis, ensure Subsystem mobilize his team in due time for work execution, ensure work areas availability for subsystem, follow up planning of work and organize handover of work area between Subsystem and CW.
