Manage Performance of all the reefers EMR activities. Conduct planned and surprise audits of locations to understand their true performance. Meet technicians to understand ground problems and work jointly to solve the same. Review & follow up on performance measures for EMR technicians’ deliverables. Comply with the audit requirements set by the organization. Manage repairs for empty and full units to ensure zero revenue leakage. Handle & safe guard companies’ interest in case of potential cargo claim. Regularly meet cross functions to understand customers concerns pertaining to equipment and strive to solve them. Arrange for joint surveys as and when needed
