1. Assist in supervising the implementation of risk response actions as well as provide professional advice and support on their implementation process.
2. Develop and promote adoption of business continuity programs in order to address event based risks thus ensuring achievement of critical objectives.
3. Initiate, facilitate and advice managers in developing risk management programs within their own functions.
4. Coordinate the process of monitoring staff adherence to risk management policies and procedures to ensure due diligence and safety in operations.
5. Recommend effective ways to control or reduce risk and maintain records of the effectiveness of such risk responses.
6. Perform any other work related duties assigned by the Legal Director.
7. Calculate the cost of funds to the commission achieved from clients.
8. Review for the Credit losses that maybe caused due to concentration of risks on a portfolio level and this review through Portfolio concentration.
9. Ensure that Risk standard & principle should be consistent with all regulatory sides.
10. Measure the state of the market and its impact on the portfolio to let the risk department anticipate the value of debit portfolio.
11. Monitor & Ensure that debit clients not exceed within limits.
12. Monitor & Ensure commission from clients cover the cost of funds.
People
1. Ensure compliance with the performance management process and its linkages to learning and development, compensation, promotion, career development and succession planning. This is done in full collaboration with the HR function.
2. Contribute to the people development initiatives within the department.
