- Handle the recruitment cycle.
- Follow up and keep record of labors attendance, absence, missions and vacation.
- Design and ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Prepare Monthly Reports about HR Issues concerning new hires, Probation Period, Termination,
Resignation and Man Power status.
- Administrate the assessment process for candidates.
- Manage on induction process for the new employees in Company.
- Monitoring and updating employee's daily attendance.
- Regular update of the employee's CV's and Data
- Create and regularly update the organization structure, chart and hierarchy.
- Handling the Recruitment and selection processes from posting job ads, running interviews, to selecting the most suitable employees.
- Conducting job analysis for all job grades in the company in order to build the most suitable job descriptions.
- With the help of job analysis and Internet researches, create and regularly update the Job descriptions for all job grades.
- Monitoring employee's performance through running the most suitable performance appraisal methods.
- Creating the evaluation form and criteria with the help of executive level, in order to set the most suitable Appraisal form.
- Conducting job evaluation for all job grades in order to maintain equity all over the organization.
- Support, and reinforce employees.
- Innovate different methods in order to motivate and retain employees.
- Continuous analysis of corporate HR strategy and policies, assessing the impact of changes and making recommendations.
Assist HR in selection process and conduct interviews, administer trade tests, shortlist / select suitable
candidates to meet the manpower needs of the company in the most cost effective & expeditious manner.
- Attends meetings and briefings as instructed by the executive Chef, and clearly and concisely document
and disseminate relevant information to related teams, if required.

- Assist with preparation of the HR reports.
- Ensure employee data is entered into the system.
