Responsible for the Data Center Management, Servers, Networks, Storage, Power, Cooling and Security to ensure the data center availability and reliability to meet the requirements of data operations and reach the customer satisfy needs.
• Managing the Data Center so that no downtime for more than 5 Years
• Review and improve preventive maintenance procedures for all the Data Center Equipment
• Ensure there is appropriate 24/7 emergency response to the data center failures
• Managing the Data Center Cabling Infrastructure for the new Racks and devices
• Monitoring all the Data Center (Servers, Networks and SAN Storage), Implementing monitoring System for all the Data Center and Networks equipment ( Paessler PRTG, NMS and Host monitor)
• Installing, configuring and managing VMware Vspher 6, VSAN, P2V Conversion and Horizon View VDI for SDDC Project at Hajj Terminal - Jeddah Airport
• Installation, Maintenance and tuning servers (Redhat Linux &Windows Servers), Configuring and administrating Redhat Linux Servers and LVM Administration.
• Installing, configuring and administrating HP EVA 8000/P6000 and Dell EqualLogic Storage Systems
• Installing, configuring and administrating HP C7000 Enclosures, HP Virtual Connect, HP Blade and Proliant Servers, Dell PowerEdge Servers, and HP Brocade SAN Switches
• Performing Scheduled Backups/ Restore for all the Data Center Servers (Veeam & Acronis Backup Recovery)
• Managing, Configuring and Supervising Netavis CCTV System for about 1500 Cameras.
• Upgrading, Configuring and Supervising Cisco IP Telephony Network, Call Manager and Zoom Call Recording Systems for about 1000 Telephone Sets
• Managing, Configuring and Supervising IPTV System, Middleware Server, Appear TV, Minerva Streamer, Anevia Flamingo Streamer and STBs
• Familiar with the Low Current Security Systems ( BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, Public Address) | Shift Supervisor for a team of Security Systems Engineers and Technicians
• Monitoring and Handling all managed DOCOMOInterTouch network nodes.
• Receive and handle the guest request regarding the connection via mobile or mail.
• Troubleshooting the guest request & solve it if it is within my authority
• Escalate the problem to the support manager if it is not in my authority
• Configure and install DOCOMOInterTouch equipments such as:
Switches (Cisco, Samwoo, X-connect), servers (windows server 2003), Access Points (Cisco AiroNet 1100, SMC, D-link, Ruckus) and gateways (Nomadix gateway).
• Providing smooth communications within company for guest technical requests as well as providing internal and external technical reporting.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of network installation and upgrade software and hardware equipment.
