Preparing Export shipping documents ) .
- Food item registration and label assessment ( Apply, follow up, send DM Remarks to design Dept., ) until registration ,
- Cosmetics and food supplement Registration ( apply, follow up, lab tests from Dubai central laboratory or any authorized lab, inform the suppliers to fix any remarks issued by Consumer products Department ) .
- Detergent Registration items ( Apply, Follow up )
- Baby food Registration ( checking the Arabic translation for art work labels, apply, follow up until registration )
- Pet food Registration.
- SFDA ( Suadi Food & Drug Authority ) Items Registration system
- Lab tests and accreditation ( cosmetics, food, food supplement ).
- Arabic Translation ( art work labels, Arabic stickers, logistics, marketing, food, food supplement, baby food, cosmetics ….etc )
- Admin letters ( POA’s , NOC’s, Permits ….etc )
- Healthy Certificates for Export .
- Country of Origin Certificates and Border Documents for Export .
- Customs clearance process and follow up .
- Trade mark Registration from Economic ministry ( apply, follow up until registration ) .
- Create warning letters, NOC’s for work Visa
- Sales and Business Development

- Read Through Original Material and Rewrite It in The Target Language, Ensuring That the Meaning of The Source Text Is Retained. Use Specialist Dictionaries, and Reference Books to Find the Closest Equivalents for Terminology and Words Used. Use Appropriate Software for Presentation and Delivery.
- Research Legal, Technical, And Scientific Phraseology to Find the Correct Translation. Liaise With Clients to Discuss Any Unclear Points.
- Provide Quotations for Translation Services Offered.
- Responsible for establishing a channel of communication between businesses and the government.
- Make sure the legalities are met with timely executed procedures and duly maintained records.
- Receiving the Requisitions from the Planning Department.
- Searching for cvs.
- Screening the candidates.
- Schedule the interviews after coordinating with the Hiring Managers.
- Collecting the required documents from the candidates.
