- Project manager responsible for all engineering work done on the site
- Done the target and finish the project regarding engineering
Code, money and best quality .
- Evaluate the number of Man power required to done every item like casting concrete, block work, isolate basements, plastering and painting.
- Review the BOQ drawings, follow the consultants orders and make schedule sheet to control the time of the work.
- Calculating amounts of finished items and make invoices to deliver money.
- Calculating the requirements of tools, instruments and material required to done the work plus updating all work by letters, memos, and shop drawings.
- Arranging all foramens, and manpower (labors & missions) and evaluating all staff

- Reported to the Project Manager taking work orders from him, as well as internal and external memos.
- Review and study all Project Documents of Technical Specifications, Tender, BOQ, and DRW. And the Initial Project Schedule.
- Implement the project management plan, Direct and manage project work, Perform Quality, Develop and manage project team, Manage communication, Conduct procurements and Manage Stakeholders Engagement..
- Coordinate meetings with consultants, contractors and suppliers to facilitate the construction progress and solve any conflicts.
- Monitoring and reviewing the work progress and preparing necessary reports.
- Coordinate between electro/mechanical, structural and architectural disciplines.
- prepare material's orders for work seeks in time.
- Executing shop drawings details and insure the performance.
- Supervision site works.
- Follow the attendees of labor's and make teams to distribute work
- Follow the store conditions of materials.
- Follow Safety instructions.

- Finishing rooms for a five star hotels on sharm al sheikh and its Landscape (underground water tank, swimming pools, Parking and sidewalks).
- Take the responsibility of arranging the man power, calculating the needed material required for the work, following the civil drw. Delivered all civil and architect items from sub-contracting.
- Handling the relation btw. electric, mechanical, pluming and civil work.

- Considering of all project drawings and calculate all amounts of needed material.
- Remove all previous finishing and preparing walls, celling and floors for new finishing.
- .Supervising the work of the site.
- Preparing the RFI for the consultant to deliver the finished items.
- Supervising the supplied materials to insure the quality.
- Handling the relation btw. Electric, Mechanical, pluming and civil works.

- Deliver all notes from client and deliver him his unit according to the previous presold shape.
- Responsible for constructions ( foundation, tie beams, columns, beams and slabs) then finish the isolation works and building walls by blocks.
- Prepare the walls and ceiling and floor for different finishes and arrangement of sub-contractors to receiveworks from them.
- Follow-up wrought iron work for balconies and stairs railings, starting with calculate the required quantities and sectors and then purchased and installed iron lids for inspection rooms and doors of villas.
- Handling the relation btw. electric, mechanical, pluming and civil work.
- Create a book sheet for quantities & arrange the works with the sub-contractors and receive the works in the highest possible quality.
