• Verify financial matters and accounting entries: Monitor all accounting transactions, payroll, petty cash expenses, bank
reconciliations, enter G/L, and maintain documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP): Oversee customer and supplier accounts, verify sales and
purchase invoices, payments, credit terms, and balance confirmation.
• Assist with monthly closings procedures, including reconciling accounts journal entries and submitting reports.
• Submission of regular tax reports.
• Preparing Incentive Report.
• Monitor warehouses and inventory, supervising incoming and outgoing goods, conduct periodic inventory checks,
settlements, and submitting reports to the finance department.
• Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
