Operation and Maintenance Site Manager for 20.5 MW Solar Power Plant.
1- Creating Time Schedule via MS Project and Excel for the preventive maintenance
2- Negotiating with Clients and Suppliers
3- Manage all contractual issues on site
4- Preparing daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports
5- Monitor the Plant via SCADA system
6- Documenting all data and spare parts via ERP
7- Ensuring the availability of the Spare Parts
8- Calculating the availability and the performance ratio of the plant via SCADA and EXCEL tools
9- Preparing finance documents and bills on quarterly basis
10- Claims management
Working as a Planning Engineer for Two Solar Power Plants; SunEdison PV Plant and First Solar PV Plant. The followings are my duties:
1- Creating and Updating schedules of work using Primavera P6 & MS Project
2- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
3- Monitoring progress of work.
4- Preparing monthly and milestones payment.
5- Claims and Variation Orders preparation
6- Tracking the progress of the work in order to achieve the deadlines of the project
7- Attending weekly progress meetings
8- Preparing different types of tracking reports for the project in order to show the progress to the Client and the management department
1- Prepare time schedules for the project using PRIMAVERA
2- Prepare reports which are attached to the Client
3- Revised the method statement of the project
4- Monitor the progress of the work
