• PCI standards Review and Implementation

• Mailing System Exchange 2010 and Lout Notes
• Private Cloud services (Hyper-V and vmware)
• Hardware management: HP hardware (Superdoom, enclosure blade servers. Sunsolars (t5 and T8)
• Monitoring services (SCOM 2012 and HP OV)
• Security tools including file integration mang. FIM, Antivirus, Log centralization mang. HP arcsight and Intrusion Detection IDS. Manage file Encryption tools.
• Disaster Recovery services including data and hardware availability on DRC and implementation data canter switching.

• Data availability and recovery using HP ominBack and 3Par storage.

- vendor managements : responsible to all infrasturacture contracts renewal including cost and licenses reviews
-Currently reporting to IT infrastructure head and leading a team of 23 resources.
• My Department responsibility is
• Operating Systems administration including Windows; UNIX and SunSolar.
• Maintaining Bank data using HP 3PAR storage, VMAX EMC, Power Max and running backup and restore using HP Data protector.
• Administrating all Bank Databases Including oracle and SQL.
• Administrating application servers like WebSphere and Oracle application E-Business wrblogic
-My main responsibilities are:
• Assign tasks to team heads at the same time lead, monitor & evaluate team projects.
• Follow with the teams all problems and incidents related to Department.
• Implementing strong secure policies and standards by implementing Bank policy and regulation policy like PCI and SAMA regulation.
• Responsible to run business continuity plans along with the disaster recovery initiatives ensuring data integrity.
• Providing management capacity planning reports for hardware & human resources.
• Performing daily team administration routines as well as team development initiatives for improvement of team productivity.
• Develop an annual budget and forecast, monitor implementation, evaluate and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation to project needs.

• Release controller for all Bank projects
