* Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well the new openings. * Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information. * Building data base and good relations with target customers groups, interior designers, painters, contractors, and consultants. * Securing small/medium/large projects and utilize distribution network in the supplying process to awarded projects. * Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical Service, financial and credit departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service. * Follow up collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
