Supervise and manage shopping mall operations, incl. property management, tenant management, customer service, and contract services such as Facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.
-Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the shopping mall, facilitating a suitable environment for retailers' business activity and a pleasant shopping environment for customers
Ensuring processes are kept up to the highest quality standards to meet all tenant and customer requirements. -Coordinate mall team and contractor employee works to oversee daily operations incl. maintenance, security & cleaning, pest control, waste collection, mall administration, and customer service -Conduct tenant orientation meetings for the entire mall, covering emergency procedures, communication systems, and other security procedures relating to the mall's tenants.
-Maintain a strong working relationship with all critical Municipal Emergency services, including Police, Civil Defense, and Fire & Para Medic Services.
-Identify & inform Management of any Health & Safety risk related to the Mall building that may affect employees, contractors & the general public.
-Manage tenant shops' operational compliance (i.e., shop appearance, merchandise, trading hours, waste removal, signage, etc.) through regular audits, surprise visits, etc. Rectify any non-compliance through official warning, contractual lease penalties, as required
-Ensure all operating policies & procedures are duly followed by the tenants, service providers, contractors, etc. incl. Occupational Health & Safety standards
-Complete a daily report of vehicular traffic and other issues & provide a summary on a weekly basis to the Management of the Mall.
-Implement a cost-cutting program with planned targets and improve efficiencies in all operational areas. -Maintain high-quality property standards through daily checks and periodic preventive maintenance

Assisting in the foundation phase of the new company and managing all aspects related to the new venue flagship pre-opening phase, from Kitchen planning and following up with the architect regarding the interior design details to have the optimal operational friendly layouts and set up in the FOH and Coffee bar area and Kitchen Area.
Overviewing the procurement of all branch merchandise (Kitchen machinery & equipment, Furniture, Tableware, glassware, kitchen equipment, etc.) Following up with the landlord management.

2- Effectively managed and drastically decreased the wastage and the cost by applying a strict Pare level and revamping the baking, storage, and food processes.

3- Train and develop the personal for the new better customer experience & satisfaction.

4- Re-engineered the entire food items menu by working closely with the production team and the executive Chef on food products development.

5- Managed to introduce the all-new DIY frozen food items for the FMCG sector (Cooperation Societies & Hypermarkets) in a very tight deadline during the pandemic lockdown in April 2020.

6- Managed to eliminate food products' non-consistency by putting in place strict food quality control, testing, and assurance in the CPK and the restaurants.
