Support the Securities Country Manager in providing and managing the securities service franchise as well as support the new sales efforts to ensure clients retention and satisfaction and to ensure the local product offering is competitive in terms of features and functions, service quality and price.

• Build and maintain customer relations and increase customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and deliver innovative solutions by working with the sales and coverage team, Global product Management, legal, operation and risk.
• Source market information and develop effective client communications that provide information on local market conditions and changes as well as product offering
• Assist in establishing procedures and product framework.
• Assist in process improvement and implementation.
• Assist in instilling team spirit within own team and develop effective partnerships with operations other business partners.
• Participate in pricing analysis and decision.
• Support in product expansion.

** This is in additional of five year as a previous experience within all custody operations units. (settlement & FX, corporate actions, fixed income and billing, Client Services)
