 Perform the full range of customer service duties such as; communicating courteously and providing pieces of advice to customers by Telephone, Email, Letter, face to face, investigating and solving customers' problems.
 Offer alternative solution, where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers.
 Ensure that every customer exists in database of customers with a complete record for information, inquiries and complaints.
 Report all major difficulties and common complaints to the respective manager.

 Process the training projects for the IMC (Industrial Modernization Center) .
Receive customers face to face or on phone, record reservation, and set evaluation.
• organize trainers and students schedules .
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests .
• Provide customers with service information .
• Process the training projects for ICDL Scholarship .
• Process the training projects for MCIT Scholarship .
