Responsible for handling a team of 15 senior technical specialist, making sure of the quality of service delivered.
Creating presentations and reports for daily, weekly and monthly operational progress and achievement.
Analyze Root causes and set the right action plans to overcome any failed targets (Operational or Financial).
Monitoring budgets and comparing them with actual Cost, Revenues and Gross Margin.
Weekly meetings with Client to discuss process change requests and updates
Setting Motivational plans, along with follow up action plans for business improvement.
• Working with Apple SSE Engineers to monitor software system, check errors and bugs.
• Assist Apple clients with setup and configuration of Apple base stations (Airport Express, Extreme, Time Capsule).
• Setup Wireless Distribution system (WDS) network using Airport Extreme.
• Apple POC with its service providers technicians to ensure quality of maintenance process.
• Handling escalations/requests from Junior specialists.
• Updating Training Material with new troubleshooting steps.
• Training New comers and assisting them to achieve the quality targets.
• Assisting project launch along with Process Management team in Head Office (UK Branch)
• Attending Video conferences with Siebel Deployment team on a weekly basis.
• Troubleshooting of System bugs and errors, and solve it accordingly.
• Arranging training session along with Training & development team.
• Daily/Weekly reporting of Siebel launch progress.
• Weekly meeting with Team managers to discuss System progress/defects.
• Responsible for providing technical support to Siebel end-user.
• Delivering training sessions for Vodafone newcomers.
• Acting as Team Manager (In case of manager's absence or holiday).
• Handling customer’s queries over the phone.
• Developing new projects to improve employees’ performance- Vodafonizer Project:
“An Internal knowledge website that junior employees can use as a technical-aid reference”.
• Knowledge, and Communication Spoke; when it comes to Technical/Process Updates.
• Managing team’s performance, and arranging sessions accordingly.
•Commissioning and integration for Ericsson RBS 6601 ( 2G/3G/4G).
