Responsible for day-to-day operations of Ontime.com ( Premium Watch Retailer ) for Kuwait, KSA, UAE and others Omni-channel online store.

Managing a full team of E-commerce merchandisers, Marketing Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, Order Fulfilment and Logistics.

Directly responsible for the performance of the channel; creating and evaluating marketing activities, increasing website traffic, financial planning, budgets and reporting.

Develop and agree annual plan and associated budget for Sales & Operations, monitor performance against this, initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters.
Develop effective sales, promotion & discounting strategies and ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place to cover key areas of retail sales activity and effective systems are in place for monitoring compliance with all procedures to ensure effective working at all times.
Identify business opportunities and trends by analyzing consumer behavior by product line and geographic location through customer profiles to ensure that all opportunities are exploited in an efficient and timely manner. Identify operational issues for effective of internal marketing (events, new product launches, promotions, etc.) and coordinate with Buying Manager and Marketing Manager to ensure proper work processes and systems are in place to achieve the marketing objectives.
Analyze profitability by individual stores in all areas and brand/ product line within each area to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved by selecting right product brands to fit the consumer profile of the area.
Oversee the visual merchandising implementation of all stores and initial marketing activities to ensure uniformity across the chain and timely implementation of all promotions.
Manage the training, development and motivation of staff in the Sales & Operations and ensure that the stores are staffed with the requisite numbers and caliber of staff to meet its objective and that all staff is encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution.
Liaise with the Marketing/A&P staff in their preparation of Advertising and Marketing plans and ensure that the operations team provides full support.
Managing all day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards.
Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Leading team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Establishing targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures.

*JOB ROLE:

Expertly designed and managed the Marketing needs for 5000 offers platform on daily, weekly/monthly bases and updated offers planogram based on short and long term performance, Effectively examined the deals performance and impact.
·Successfully supervised a team of 6 persons (Merchandisers, Content Editors, Translator and Supervisor) and took actions by the team based on different analysis (Marketing and daily deals modification).
·Regularly planned different custom-built analytical tool to measure the whole business performance vs the deal of the day performance and improved action plan based on this tool for all sales categories.

*Achievements :

- Design and implement the deal of the day evaluation modules and KPI
- increase the selling efficiency of the daily deals from 17% to 55 % and the effectiveness up to 4 times.
