Develop and agree annual plan and associated budget for Sales & Operations, monitor performance against this, initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters.

Oversee the visual merchandising implementation of all stores and initial marketing activities to ensure uniformity across the chain and timely implementation of all promotions.
Manage the training, development and motivation of staff in the Sales & Operations and ensure that the stores are staffed with the requisite numbers and caliber of staff to meet its objective and that all staff is encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution.
Liaise with the Marketing/A&P staff in their preparation of Advertising and Marketing plans and ensure that the operations team provides full support.
