•Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Conduct one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Assist Sales Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Recruit, test, and hire Sales Executives based on criteria agreed from Top Management.
• Responsible for generating leads and manage assigned leads from management.
• Conduct Sales Calls, Presentations and arrange for Demonstration in coordination with Technical Team.
• Responsible for executing different sales strategies with current/new customers.
• Follow up on Sales Opportunities and Drive Sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Report to Managing Director through CRM System.
Responsible for Promoting & Selling Diverse IT Products and Solutions.
Responsible for generating Leads and achieving settled targets and reporting to GM,
Responsible for marketing & promoting ideas to develop the Sales Cycle.
Responsible for conducting meetings, presenting products and presales activities from showcasing Products to customers and discussing business requirements.
• Contact FMCG and Distribution businesses by telephone to explain BI Technologies range of solutions.
• Work on Acquiring new Accounts and Up/Cross selling in existing Accounts Database.
• Work with Customers in building Case Studies & ROI to show the end value for the solution.
• Manage the assigned sector by providing sales call reports, sector analysis and accurate data within the sales and marketing database, accurate forecasting and sector insight.
• Identify Customer pain points & problems and propose appropriate Software solutions where ROI is clear.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and presentations in conjunction with Pre-Sales team.
• Participate in seminars, attending networking events and conference events.
• Follow up on due payments with clients.
• Attend Kick off Meetings for New projects along with Professional Services team.
