Duties:
• Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop
and networking environment.
• Provide technical support to hp clients and partners via telephone,
email and through tickets.
• Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues.
• Provided first and second-level technical support to hp end-users
(Partner & Clients ) on proprietary software and applications, including
installation, basic usage, and appropriate service level to warranty.
• Using remote control software tools to provide fault resolution and
diagnosis.
• Keep end user informed of progress during issue life-cycle and make
follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.
• Gathered Clients and technology information to determine technical
support level; elevate Cases to appropriate support level as necessary.
Install and Configure multi-vendor Routers (Cisco & Huawei)
(Cisco 1841, 1900, 2900, 3900, 7200 & 7600 series) with the basic setup
(Interfaces, Management access, NTP, logging, SNMP, and AAA).
Configure various Dynamic Routing Protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS,
and BGP) with all the advanced features of the Routing
Protocols, Redistribution, Route filtering, policy-based Routing. In
addition to the Redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP), NAT and
troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Managing Network Servers (Syslog, Authentication server, PRTG), and
performing Backup automation using the Archive Kron.
Setup Site to Site VPN with Vendors that access EBS Payment System.
Provide 24/7 Technical Support for Banks and Troubleshooting
Network Connectivity
Teaching Assistant at Faculty of Mathematical Sciences-University of Khartoum, Teaching the 4th grade the basics of Networking with the implementation of the Routing and switching Topics such as routing protocols, static route, VLAN, trunking, troubleshoot...etc using GNS3.
NOC engineer at MTN monitoring and creating Reports regarding MTN network Infrastructure using HP
Open View and opening ticket when the issue occurs.
