(A)Management Duties

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures.

2. Effectively participate and assist higher management in developing the appropriate HR policies and regulations in line with both the legal requirements and the market practices.

3. Developing salary structure and grading system.

4. Preparing the annual increase.

5. Developing employees’ benefits such as medical insurance, salary adjustments, allowances, bonuses.

6. Preparing the department plans.



(B). Recruitment Duties

1. Managing and coordinating the recruitment process such as; initial screening and interviewing, selection activities, calling candidates, issuing external offers and orientation plan for new hires.

2. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.


3. Responsible for announcing and posting vacancies on the most appropriate media/channels to ensure the maximum response of candidates.

4. Responsible for update the Manpower plan &the organization chart.

5. Create current employees Job analysis/ Job descriptions to ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place & provide advice and assistance explaining job descriptions.


6. Ensures performance appraisal conducted for all employees and follow up career development with the recommended.


(C). Personnel Duties :

1. Maintaining and reviewing all data base for all staff to ensure complete and accurate records to provide useful information to management.

2. Drafting and preparing work contracts in order to signing with the new hires, in addition to sign resignations with resigned staff.

3. Responsible for salary administration and payroll in coordination with Finance Department.


4. Manage the employee’s personal records and files and ensure that they are promptly updated and well kept (personal information, vacation records, and salary progressions. Etc.

5. Follow up the attendance system and all other reports.


6. Studies reports for absenteeism and turnover; and provides appropriate solution.

7. Handling staff medical insurance requests/claims and liaise with the medical insurance provider.


8. Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian labor low and the Social Insurance Law.

9. Carrying out all termination procedures for the resigned employees such as; Exit interview and the Social Insurance Forms "Form 6".
10. Reviewing and account the annual leaves balance reports to all Staff.
