Preparation of monthly appointments and private business agenda for
Executive Director
- Preparation of weekly work plan to the Director-General and Executive
Director
- Maintaining the general appearance of the office's senior management in
terms of cleanliness and arrangement - receiving visitors and their senior
management welcome
- Edit and print letters and correspondence for senior management
coordination
- Save and maintenance of all files of senior management office to ensure safety
and speed called
- Receiving and routing mail and incoming fax on behalf of senior
management and presented to the competent and indexing of these
documents
- Write the minutes of all meetings and hearings
- Preparation for private meetings or senior management meetings and
periodic coordination and processing of all the documents and the documents
pertaining to the subject of the meeting
- Booking tickets Flight and hotels and the organization of business trips
- Preparing for the presentations on POWERPOINT.
- Experience in preparing all the legal contracts in Arabic & English,
Memorandums of Understanding as well.
- Excellent translation from Arabic into English & English into Arabic.-
Excellent in Arabic & English Typing
- Long experience with business software for an office environment, such as
excel, word and project.
- Responsible for preparing all the Financial Operations such as (LGs - LCs -
Bank Transfers - Insurance Policies)
- job control language (JCL)
