MATERIAL & TECHNICAL ENGINEER
My job duties, for the projects mentioned later, are included but not limited to the following:
- Preparing bill of quantities from design drawings and isometrics.
- Preparing specifications for the requested materials.
- Preparing Material Requisitions (MR) for the requested materials.
- Making invitations for tenders for each kind of material.
- Receiving vendors’ offers.
- Attending meetings for technical discussion with vendors.
- Preparing technical evaluation sheet.
- Attending meetings with the client for approving the technical reports.
- Preparing commercial bed tabulation for enquiries.
- Review Purchase Order before going to the accepted vendor.
- Review Performa Invoice from vendors.
- Following up vendor prints.
- Cost estimation for projects.
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
My job duties, for the projects mentioned later, are included but not limited to the following:
- Handling day-to-day production issues.
- Production planning and coordination. Realization and organization of manufacture facilities. Operation, maintenance and site security. User consultancy, quality control, coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Managing project issues, budgets, and schedules.
- Preparing technical construction specifications. 
- Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput.
- Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
- Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.

 Project Name: Fabrication & erection of 2 utility boilers (6oo MW)

Project Description: Fabrication & erection of interconnecting piping for 2 utility boilers (6oo MW)

 Project Name : Erection of 2 water treatment units
Client: METITO
Location : Tebbin Power Plant
Project Description: Erection of vessels and interconnecting piping for 2 water treatment units
(Production Engineer ( 3/2003-2/2008
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Studying orders, making developed pattern for all sheet metal items using a computer aided design program (AutoCAD), and preparing the CNC programs.
- Loading the CNC program to Punching machines, Shears, Presses and Bending machines.
- Checking up the sample and following up all production Process (Punching, shearing, pressing, bending, assembling by TIG, MIG or ARC welding).
- Painting or galvanizing and final assembly then packing.
- Reading and analysing assembly drawings.
- Preparing drawing details.
- Preparing drawing modification.
- Preparing bill of materials.
- Preparing workshop drawings.
- Preparing process sheet.
- Preparing time schedule plan.
- Preparing jigs & fixtures.
- Preparing CNC Program (punching press machine, laser cutting & plasma).
- Familiar with Bosch, Siemens, Fanuc and Hidennhin control system.
