Welding inspection and Erection of carbon steel and stainless steel Piping:• Check material quality and verify the documents of the received material.
• Checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root gap, bevel angle, surface mismatch).
• Check welding (WPS - equipment, quality of base and filler materials)Testing in accordance with ASME Section V (non-destructive test)
• Interpretation Radiographs of welded joints in accordance with codes
• Inspection on welding process & welding discontinuities Using Non-destructive examination such as RT, PT, VT
• Inspection & Quality checking of incoming / outgoing material.
• Good ability to make dimensional inspection for piping, nozzles & steel plate Structure items according to applied drawings and client specs.

1. Inspection for tanks and piping activates according to company TWI (Technical work Instructions) &ITP (Inspection and test Plane) and Related codes.
2. Inspection of incoming materials, mark defected ones for repair or replacement and verify their traceability per project specifications.
3. Witness hydro testing / leak test when applicable for storage tanks including review pressure gauges calibration, time of test and inspection of weld seams and finally signing and dating Hydro test and preparing for hydro test package.
4. responsible for review and approval of piping and tanks construction completion packages and handing over to pressure testing group.
5. Understand all the Quality Control/ Inspection forms used to verify various activities in the project.
6. Coordinate with Operations/ Subcontractors to maintain the QC documents and database.
7. Compile all relevant QC documentation for the Test Pack (Piping/ Pipeline/ Equipment)
8. Ensure that the QC documents are properly filed with full traceability for easy retrieval.
9. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
