Responsibilities:
• Manage the delivery of the overall project documents from conceptual design phase to detailed design phase and issuing construction tender package.
• Manage project requirement and constraints from the client's team, concept designer, project operator, specialty consultants (MEP, Str. And etc…), governmental regulations and standards to achieve required quality and fulfill client and end user satisfaction.
• Manage project deliverables according to agreed scope of work
• Ensure a service is delivered throughout the Project, whilst maintaining standards in accordance with the Project Management scope of services.
• Participate in preparing Design Consultancy Services Proposals for prospected projects.
• Responsible for Workshops, Progress Meetings and Design Management meetings and ensuring the production of complete and approved design, tender and contract documentation.

• Coordinating between departments and disciplines (Structure, HVAC, Plumping, and Electrical).

• Assessed and reviewed all delivered documents from the consultants, including; space programs, design drawings, specifications, time schedules, cost estimations, method statements, and Ensured the compliance of designs with the international standards.
• Evaluation of the hospitals, solve problems and redesign if needed.
