Senior mechanical engineer in the mechanical department assigned to lead the mechanical design for different projects and some time to carry a design safety review for other projects also handling some projects as project manager.
The project management task and duties present 25% to 30% from my overall tasks and duties and this vary according to the assigned project and its nature, the project that I am assigned as project manager these percentage will be around 75% while the others project the percentage will be around 20%.
I manage/prepare concept, schematic & final design reports and project specifications, analyzing the projects challenges and propose optimum solutions, manage/lead the mechanical team to produce mechanical drawings and diagrams for all mechanical systems, review preliminary estimations for the mechanical requirements based on local and international standards and along with the client requirements, supervise the coordinating the mechanical requirements with other involved trades, audit the projects calculations, drawings and documents to assure applying quality standards, review/analyze mechanical systems and equipment to optimize the mechanical systems design, ensure the systems performance, durability and optimum cost, contributes on preparation of the tender documents and the preparation of the mechanical miscellaneous details for scope of work systems, supervise the cost estimates and other technical design documents, attend meeting with clients and contractors.
Manage daily administrative and operational business associated with the department, assist in the management of service agreements and contractors hired to perform Facilities-related work, develop and manage the contractor’s performance and KPIs, issuing their payroll, Follow up contract obligations and contract cost analysis, Follow up the Maximo implementation and KPIs application on it, Prepare the monthly report and presentation to the client.
I was assigned as mechanical site engineer, review of mechanical designs, supervise of site mechanical installations and resolving commissioning problems, including coordination with other engineering trades, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, attend meeting with clients and contractors and preparation of progress reports.

Site design management services (Technical committee) for the redesigned areas including design review and site supervision for Towers, villas and retails.
