1. Ensure that sales team understands that customer satisfaction is top priority.
2. Ensure those sales teams demonstrate superior Customer Service on the sales floor.
3. Ensure customers’ complaints are resolved with sense of urgency.
4. Ensuring sales performance is maximized through optimum store set up across all sections as per the expected standards
5. Works alongside store Manager to ensure synergy between Operations and Sales Teams
6. Ensuring product availability is maximized and book stock kept accurate
7. Customer served effectively and efficiently at the POS
8. Feedback and ensure employees are reviewed in timely manner.
9. Inform the operations team of performance expectations.
10. Communicate Policies, procedure and programs to employees.
11. Ensure all sales preparation tasks are completed before the store is open for business
12. Ensure all relevant employees receive correct training to implement the required processes, procedures and service expectations
13. Ensure that all Supervisors are capable of training their respective teams
14. Ensure all required training is taking place with front and back of house Section Heads.
15. Understand and explain the financial programs and sales programs to employees.
16. Ensure changes to company policy or procedure are communicated to the staff in timely manner.
17. Ensure that the appropriate personal qualities of employees are in place throughout the store.
18. Ensure that a fair and consistent recruitment program in place to maintain store operational procedures.
19. Ensure understanding and compliance throughout the store of all merchandising programs.
20. Ensure merchandising is displayed correctly and appropriately on the sales floor across all Sections

22. Maximize Regional Manager Visit report and corporate audit by constant monitoring of merchandise and operational program.
23. Ensure each and every item and display has a price, NO missing shelf label/signage.
24. Ensure Section recovery process takes place before store closing.
25. Ensure stockroom standard is maintained as per company’s SOS
1- Identify sales opportunities for respective sections.
2- Create a sales culture within sections through data analysis and team communication.
3- Take appropriate action to ensure that the sections are maximizing sales of every item.
4- Ensure hourly sales & services programs are in place.
5- Analysis sales & services achievement according to budget and same store.

7- Manage stock around seasonality of products, sales and services.
8- Ensure stock is protected through shrinkage management within section.
9- Negative on hand corrected on daily bases
10- Corporate guideline are implemented regarding (open items, Defected, DRTV Damage)
11- Ensure that all sections employees understand company customer services philosophy.
12- Ensure all customer services issues within sections are resolved in the same day.
13- Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
14- Ensure daily briefing is completed to the section team.
15- Ensure all store communication bulletin are briefed to the team and implemented.
16- Ensure sections communication binder is maintained
17- Understand and explain the financial programs, promotions activity and sales programs to employees.
18- Looks for opportunities to improve the product Knowledge of Salesmen within Sections
19- Ensures that all Salesmen are trained on procedures and process
20- Ensure changes to company policy or procedure are communicated to the staff in timely manner.

22- Ensure that staffing of all areas is maintained according to company standard.
