1. Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, …etc.
2. Prepare and Submit the technical Material submittals, Shop drawings, Inspiction requist, and Method statements.
3. Continuously monitor the site construction activities of the mechanical discipline (Firefighting, Plumbing, and …act).
4. Quantity Surveying, Preparing & Reviewing takeoff sheets for all project items based on drawing & Specification includes all works.
5. Assist in pre-commissioning, testing, and commission activities of mechanical systems.
6. Support in Calculation of Cost Impact Substantiations Required for Variations and Supported Documents of Claims.
7. Coordinating meetings with consultant to review, discuss and approve the submitted invoices

6. Prepare and Submit daily field inspections “IRs” as per ITPs and vendor manual.
7. Prepare and Submit invoices to discuss and approve from consultant.
8. Coordinating meetings with consultant to review progress and discuss any problems.
