Mega project located at Al-Riyadh comprising many buildings (residential and entertainment buildings), Water Tanks, fences, gates, Electrical rooms, swimming pools, helipad areas, gym & guard rooms.

Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Riyadh (November 2015 - May 2018)

Mega project located at Al-Medina comprising 14 buildings (courts & notary's buildings), Water Tanks, fences, gates, Electrical rooms & guard rooms.

Mega project located at Dammam comprising more than 40 buildings (induction furnace, ladle furnace, casting area, underground Tanks, overhead tank, central store, general workshop, billet store, mosque, ware house, fences, gates, Electrical rooms & guard rooms.

• Quantity surveying of all structural elements.
• Cost estimation, cost breakdown & cost control.
• Preparing & revising invoices & claims.

Mixed use project comprising 18 stories residential towers above a shopping mall and parking area Podium. Structure comprised RC frame founded on a 2.0m thick raft.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect and assess the quality of materials being used for construction projects.
• Oversee the work of field staff to ensure efficacy of work procedures.
• Make sure that all construction activities are being carried out in accordance to present safety rules.
• Ensure availability of resources and materials at all times.
• Provide technical advice to field staff in order to ensure that construction procedures are being carried out properly

Responsibilities:
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
