Collect, consolidate, and extract C&B information and prepare spreadsheets for annual budgets, salary reviews, bonuses, and other purposes to implement the C&B plan.
Prepare C&B KPIs and reports and set up the needed presentations/ charts as per
manager's request to aid decision making.
Review people cost to ensure they are in line with budget and follow up the
implementation of the annual leave plan to control unjustified cost.
Review C&B cost elements (e.g. medical, flight tickets, sick leaves, commissions, etc.),
highlight any budget deviations and perform the necessary calculations for proposed
modifications to assess their financial implications.
Draw, modify, and update organization charts timely according to transfers, resignations
and recruitment in order to track vacancies proactively.
Follow up annual performance appraisal and probationary evaluation forms, ensure the
process is compliant with the company policies and keep record of employee performance
history to ensure consistency of evaluation.
Coordinate with the HRMS division to processes employee benefits items
(grades/transfers/promotions, etc.) on the system so as to ensure the accuracy of records
and payments.
Prepare data collection manuals for salary surveys, position the company's current pay
against the market practices, and summarize benefits reports to collect accurate market
intelligence.
Draft written letters of communication with candidates/ employees (offers/ increment/
bonus/ C&B issues...etc.) and submit to direct manager to attract candidates and enhance
staff morale.
Receive grade D-employees' complaints, explain C&B policies and rationale, address/
escalate problems, analyze employee survey results to improve job satisfaction.
Prepare Job analyses, participate in Job evaluation panels so as to support the accurate
grading of jobs.
Perform turnover analyses/ exit interviews to pinpoint weaknesses in the C&B system and propose solutions.
- My main responsibilities are in Payroll & HR information system to organize and supervise the activities and daily routine
work and manage the team for administration & implementation into the right direction.
-Planning and Scheduling Payroll Activities to ensure timely and process.
- Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents (Payroll and HR)
to ensure compliance with HRMS & Payroll module requirements.
- Prepare monthly Payroll Register - New Employees & Amendments - Prepare vacation Advance payment.
- Process & Submit to HRDF a detail report for Saudi Male & Female employees to received for monthly funds.
- Complete process for Terminated Employees or Final Settlements - Handling all documents related with salaries received
from E-mails & HR for process and update accordingly.
- Prepare monthly closing & provision Accrual - Gosi process.
- I was fully involved & in-charge for implementing of ERP - Oracle system with HRMS & Payroll Module successfully.
