Project Scope:
The scope of the works includes, among the other obligations in the contract the supply, construction, test and
deliver 1100 Housing Units and Infrastructure Works (Road works& Landscape).
Responsibility:
− Engaged in colours selection and distribution of external and internal finishes for the villas in the
project.
− Prepare any Visualization such as 2D, 3D and animation renders for Architectural elements in Project
needed by the client According to the RE Suggestions.
− Co-ordinate and co-operate with client project manager during their site inspections in the presence of
the RE or ARE.
− Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and
safety measures together with any associated updates.
− Ensure the contractor/s compliance with the standards and specifications.
− Apply and implement all quality controls and quality procedures of the site.
