Project Close-Out Administrator: (115/13.8 kV Substations & 115 kV Transmission Lines
Projects)
* Lead a Project Closure team to ensure the project closure process is implemented
smoothly.
* Review and approve a strategic plan for project closure which includes all the functions
to be performed to hand over Contract Material, Supplies, information, documents and
other materials and to complete or transfer all activities and processes.
* Ensure effective systems and procedures are in place to execute the project closure
implementation
* Assess progress made in each activity against measures of quality, volume, time and cost
and in particular the likelihood of it completing in time.
Change Orders Administrator: (115/13.8 kV Substations & 115 kV Transmission Lines
Projects)
* Analyze, coordinate and administer the processing of all Change Requests and Chance
Orders.
* Ensured Change Orders complied with policies, procedural guidelines and systems.
Project Engineer: Southern Area Oil Operation (SAOO) Power Supply Reliability
Improvement Project for Saudi Aramco
Project Comprise of: 400 Km 115 kV Overhead Transmission Lines &
Communication Works and Extension, Upgrade of Protection and Communication
in 27 of SEC and SA Substations, Install & Commissioning of Advance Metering
Reading System (AMR).
* Quality monitoring at all stages of construction and pre-commissioning up to final
acceptance to ensure compliance with applicable standards and Project Technical
Specifications as per Saudi Electricity Engineering Standards and other International
Standards.
* Review of Project Technical Reports and schedules and submittals.
* Review of all contractual documents of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure
Contractor’s Compliance with Client’s Mandatory Documents.
* Ensue that the contractor executes the work in accordance with the contract and agreed
Safety procedures.
* Review of QA/QC documents submitted by contractors and issue instructions to Field
Engineers to follow up as per standards.
* Provide Technical Support on Constructions through walk through Inspections in the
field & analyzing the causes of delays

Conduct weekly, biweekly and monthly meetings to ascertain the implementation of
agreed standards & procedures with information to Client.
* Keeping a strict watch for the works and keeping the record of all the activities. Any Non
Compliance noticed is investigated thoroughly
* Witnessing the tests conducted by the Independent Inspection Agency at site.
* Checking the material (Equipment & Instruments) received as per the approved
documents and third party’s testing &inspection reports.
* Inspection of Equipment and material at site till final installation and verification with the
approved submittals.
* Inspection of Erection works and maintains the QA/QC standards.
* Submitting the Daily & Monthly Progress Reports to Client.
* Review of Invoices of contract and recommending for payments against the material
received and activities completed.
* Coordinating for clearing Punch lists and verifying the AS-BUILT drawings.

Kosti Thermal Power Plant 4*125 MW & Khartoum
North Thermal Power Plant - Phase (3) 2*100 MW
Each Project Comprise of: Oil fired Steam Generator, Steam Turbine, Regenerative
Heating System, Feed Water system, Condensate Water System, Lubrication Oil
System, Control Oil System, Auxiliary Steam System, Raw Water Plant, Water
Treatment Plant, Fuel Oil Unloading system, Fuel Oil Forwarding System, Cooling
Water System. Effluent Treatment System, HVAC, Fire Fighting System.
* Quality monitoring at all stages of construction and pre commissioning up to final
acceptance to ensure compliance with applicable standards and PTS.
* Review of Project Technical Reports and schedules and submittals.
* Ensue that the contractor executes the work in accordance with the contract and agreed
Safety procedures.
